What Batpicks is

Batpicks publishes sports research: NFL, college football and MMA picks with the reasoning, risks and sources behind each pick. It is information and opinion only.

No guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Picks can and do lose. Past results, hit rates and confidence labels describe past games and evidence. They are not promises or probabilities of winning. Nothing on Batpicks is financial advice.

We don’t take bets

Batpicks never places wagers, holds funds for betting or connects to your sportsbook. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a separate company, where it is legal for you.

Who can use Batpicks

You must be 18 or older to use Batpicks. Batpicks sells research, not bets. Sportsbooks and pick’em apps set their own age limits (21+ in most states, including Florida), and you’re responsible for following the laws where you live. Keep your login private. One person per account.

Memberships

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel, except the Day pass, which is a one-time 24-hour purchase and doesn’t renew. You can cancel anytime from “Manage membership” on the Membership page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in USD before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. For billing questions or refund requests, email batpicks.app@gmail.com.

Fair use

Don’t copy, resell or republish Batpicks research, and don’t try to break or overload the site.

Responsible play
