Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s email and a unique ID from Google. We don’t receive your Google password.
• Password: if you sign up with email, we store only a secure hash of your password, never the password itself.
• Your saved picks: picks you save to My Picks, the line and price at the time, and the results you record.
• Payments: payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and membership status, never your card number.
• Basic technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and short-lived security records used to stop repeated failed sign-in attempts.

How we use it

To run your account, show you picks, keep your saved picks and results, provide membership access, keep the site secure and reply when you contact us. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run Batpicks: our hosting provider, Google (if you choose Google sign-in) and Stripe (if you buy a membership). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Keeping or deleting your data

We keep your account data while your account is open. Email batpicks.app@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your data or to delete your account.

Age

Batpicks is for people 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
